1. How to Order :
You can place order through E-Mail on info@globalfinebeads.com, first you can select items then E-Mail Us. We will receive your order form and reply you within 24 hrs.

 

2. Ordering Steps :

  • We have displayed our collection of all Beads and Jewelry at our website www.globalfinebeads.com .

  • Please select the Product Art Number, which you require and E-Mail us on info@globalfinebeads.com with Art Number. We will send you the prices of Items Required.

  • When you are ready to place your order, please send us your order by E-Mail to sales@globalfinebeads.com with any item numbers and the quantity of each items of your interest also send Us your Full detail such as your Company & Your Name, Address etc. all using information for our Confirmation.

  • Once you place an order, We will E-Mail you in 10-24 hours with a confirmation letter (Total Cost, Including Shipping), along with Payment instructions.

  • We shall send you Performa Invoice for Payment. We start work on your Order when you confirm our Performa Invoice and send us Payment.

3. Ordering Information :

  • All of our products are made from FINE RAW MATERIAL with high quality Handmade and Silver Beads are made from 925 Sterling silver with high quality handmade and Minimum Soldering metal.
     

  • Finest Glass Raw Material used in Glass Beads.
     

  • 925 Sterling Silver is 92.5% parts silver and 7.5% parts alloy combined into bead jewelry. All of our Silver Beads & Findings are containing 92.5% silver. Our strict quality control ensures that every piece is checked.
     

  • US $ 500 Minimum Order Requirement for our GLOBAL Beads Products.
     

  •  We accept 30% Payment in Advance & 70% (Balance) before Shipment.
     

  • All prices are mentioned in US Dollar and subject to change without any prior notice.
     

  • All of the weights and measures for the Glass, Silver & Gold Beads seen in our site are approximate. This means that the item you receive may vary slightly from the one shown, although we try to keep the consistency as close to true as possible.
     

  • Customs charges is Buyers responsibility. We are not responsible of any customs/duty/tax and other related fees. Please check customs regulation in your country for details information.
     

  • While we always keep a large range of stock, we cannot guarantee that any specific item will be available at all times. Please understand that all of our Beads & Findings are handmade products, therefore we sometimes experience delays that leave us temporarily out of stock on certain items.
     

  • As we receive your order form we will dispatch the Product According your Requirement within 25 Working Days on availability of item in stock if an item is temporally out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be grater than 25 Working Days. We will contact you by E-Mail and arrange a new delivery date. If you have any question regarding delivery then please fell free to Contact Us on info@globalfinebeads.com .
     

  • Delivery Period of the goods for most items ranges is 20 to 35 days depending upon the quantity.
     

  • Delivery System: Orders to be delivered by air are shipped from the Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI Airport), New Delhi. We send the goods from our Warehouse Agra to New Delhi by road.

4. Shipping Information :

  • When we receive your order, we make a calculation of weight and volume of order. Then we calculate shipping and forwarding charges by Shipping Company. You will have to send option of Shipping by Air or by sea. The final Shipping Charge is then added to your Commercial Invoice.
     

  • Either you provide us DHL /FedEx/Airborne/UPS/ TNT Courier account number OR we shall send you goods by these courier company and will add the charges in Commercial Invoice.
     

  • We can also ship the goods from New Delhi Airport to your Air port. In this case we send the goods either fright collect basis or you can pay us and we shall charge into Performa invoice. We shall tell you the shipping charges by good Airlines (Cheaper Airline also on request) upto your Airport for which we need accurate International Airport name.

5. Payment Information :
